Professional Biography of the trainer

The Trainer is a Certified Image and Professional Development Consultant, trained by London Image Institute, United Kingdom and Academy of Image Training Asia, Singapore. She is also an Associate Member of AICI, The Association of Image Consultants International.

She graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering with The University of Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Started her sales and marketing career with a High Technology Multinational Corporation, she proved her ability to drive business growth and increased market share. Having identified the importance of human capital to every organization and believing in this simple axiom of “People Create Success”, she then further her career into Human Resources Consulting where she could assist organization in assessing select human capital capable of taking organizations to new heights of success. She was later appointed to be the Managing Consultant with a UK based Recruitment Consultancy firm to set up and manage a new Engineering recruitment business for the High Technology industry in Hong Kong.

In 2003, she founded an executive search and professional services firm with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore which specializes in placing professional executives from middle to senior management positions to major corporations, and empowers individuals to recognize their personal potential, embrace change and gain the high level skills to beat the competition through professional services programmes including Image Management, Resume Analysis and Development, Interview Preparation, Communication and Presentation Skills Training.
